The fees are $210/month for shareholders in the community and $585/month for renters and residents without a share.
Cable TV, Internet /or Phone, Water, Sewer, and Trash Pick-up are all included in the fees.
Limited Parking is available for Shareholders to park their utility trailers, motor homes, RVs, and boats.
The majority of home for sale in Molokai do come with a share in the community. (not the land) Shares can be purchased for $30,000 for home not owning a share. Owning a share reduces the monthly fee.
